“ Went to Casa Mariachi to celebrate my father who had passed away a few weeks prior. Mexican food was his favorite and this place comes as close as can be to a place we used to go to all the time back in California. We were seated right away. Chips and salsa are great and we love that they add the beans with it. Chips are nice and warm. I had a strawberry margarita which was good but felt a little weak and didn't come in a traditional glass. Nothing major. My wife got the chicken taquitos which she loves. Extra crispy and nicely seasoned chicken inside. I asked the server what was there signature dish and he pointed me towards the Molcajete(also one of the most expensive things on the menu so I don't know if he was just trying to up the bill or not) This thing is huge! It comes in a giant clay pot and has strips of grilled chicken and steak on it and vegetables and chorizo underneath. Rice and beans on the side with tortillas to make a little wrap with it. Really good flavor but the meat was so thin. Overall really good experience. ”

“ Dang... let me tell you. This place if you haven't been, why are you waiting. Me and the wife got the fajita trio for 2 it was awesome. Some of the best shrimp I have had in a landlocked state. We also got the Mexican taquitos for an appetizer. We will order those again. Our server who's name i did not catch was a clean cut, polite and did not make unnecessary chatter. Just took our orders made sure we had what we wanted and was quick. We can't wait to come back! ”

“ Love their soft chili rellanos, beans/rice. Chips and bean dip and salsa are a great start to the meal. Skinny Margie’s are very refreshing and not overly agave sweet like other places. Also enjoy their chicken enchiladas and shredded beef tacos. All hit the spot! Friendly staff and you can tell it’s a family run business. Very welcoming! ”

“ Great little Mexican restaurant. They didn't have a wait-list which was nice, but they did end up getting one. The server was very nice and attentive. The food was really good, good portion sizes, and there were a lot of options. We ended with churros and they were so good. I highly recommend going there! I'm sure they won't have any problems competing with La Loma if they ever open in Parker since their quality really went downhill in the recent years. Mama Loma is still rolling over in her grave... The prices were awesome too. ”
